Why have a postpartum doula?
Bringing a new baby into the world is huge. It’s beautiful, messy, exhausting, and full of moments you’ll never forget. But let’s be real—it can also be really hard. The truth is, you’re not meant to do it all alone. That’s where a postpartum doula comes in.

01
Bringing the Village Back
Once upon a time, new parents were surrounded by a village—family, friends, neighbors—people who stepped in to help with meals, laundry, baby snuggles, and emotional support. But these days, a lot of us are doing it without that kind of help. A postpartum doula is like bringing a little bit of that village back into your life.

I am here to hold space for you—to make sure you’re cared for, not just your baby.

Whether it’s holding the baby while you shower, making sure you eat something nourishing, talking through your birth story, or just being there so you’re not alone—we show up for whatever you need in the moment.
02
Care With a Purpose
Postpartum support isn’t just about comfort—it’s about justice, too. Not everyone gets the same level of care after giving birth, and that needs to change. We’re committed to showing up for all families, especially those who’ve been historically underserved—Black, Indigenous, and other communities of color, queer and trans parents, single parents, and anyone who needs support that actually sees and respects who they are.

Everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported in their postpartum journey.

Tidy up, make snacks, hold the baby

You Deserve This
Hiring a postpartum doula isn’t a luxury—it’s a way to take care of yourself during one of the most intense and beautiful times of your life. Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, your journey matters. You deserve support, community, and care that lifts you up.

Let me be part of your village. You don’t have to do this alone.
